Asking if My Account app should be compatible with VPN use is a pretty general question. No personal account information required to answer. Either they should work together, in which case something is broken, or My Account is designed for some reason to not work with a VPN, in which case either fix it or don't. I have my work-around, no more time to spend with you guys either chat or telephone. They both take way too long.
