Where did my data go?

I rarely use data but need it when I do. Checked my data today and have 8 MB -- instead of the 2 or 3 GB I just had. My wife's phone (same account, different number) now shows 0, even though she just recently purchased some. I'm doubly suspicious since both of our phones have lost GB of data.

We didn't use it. We've confirmed that with data usage metrics on the phone.

So, where did it go, and how do we get it back?

On other forums, users have posted that T-Mobile Tracfone users have experienced a sudden loss in their data bucket.

Contact TF via chat or telephone. Some have been successful in getting their data bucket restored. :mrgreen:
