Changing to a new SIM Card - getting errors

I am trying to activate/install/transfer account to a different SIM card on the SAME phone, but getting various errors.

I bought the 3 pack sim card for tracfone, as I can get better coverage with Verizon compared to the one in phone now.

The directions in the package are not clear on how to switch between SIMS to when trying to figure out which one is best.
