Upgrading phone due to network upgrade

Upgrading phone due to network upgrade

I am asked for my phone number and get a screen to enter it.
I do and press continue and get a screen that says
":OOps. Phone number and brand need to be provided."

There is no prompt provided to enter brand.

What do I do?
