Account Trouble

Hi, I recently had to get a new credit card and forgot to change my number on Tracfone for the auto enroll. My account has a "pending transaction" and I am trying to fix it. I also got a new tracfone to replace the old one, but cannot activate it with my new credit card. I'm assuming there is a hold on my account. What can I do to fix this? :(

Click on "New Messages" beside User Control Panel to view your forum inbox. You can use our self-service menu by simply texting the word HELP to 611611. Thank you.

Hi Katie, I tried to get help through the chat, but the agent wasn't able to help me. They said there shouldn't be a pending transaction on my account, but there still is. I can't activate my new phone yet either. :(
