Can't activate

Can't activate

Trying to activate a new phone and every zip code I try, including my home zip, says that there's no coverage in the area. Won't let me get past that page. Help.

Your instructions says that I should initiate a chat, but the chat function does not currently have a link to activate it. Seems to be something wrong on the site.
