adding data

I have tried to add 1gb of data to my phone. I purchased the data but none has been added to my account. I called tracfone 3 times in 2 days, have shut off the phone overnight. What next?

Click on "New Messages" beside User Control Panel to view your forum inbox. You can use our self-service menu by simply texting the word HELP to 611611. Thank you.
