auto-refill settings never show up

auto-refill settings never show up

When I click manage auto-refill, I always get this error:

We apologize. Information about your enrollment cannot be found at this time. Please try again later.

It shows a checkmark next to auto-refill but nothing under price, service days or next auto-refill date.
