Can't activate phone!

Can't activate phone!

Trying to get my new phone activated before my vacation in a few hours. I've been trying all day. I just get a message from Verizon saying that the call cannot be completed because there are restrictions on the line. I'm super frustrated and came find any help anywhere. thanks

Same problem, trying to activate upgraded phone. Verizon message call cannot be completed. Now old phone isn’t working either- supposedly old phone would work till new one starts!
