Bought airtime card, payment processed twice.

I recently bought a new TracFone device and had the remaining time transferred from my old device to the new one. I had to call Customer Service to have a new SIM card shipped along with a $15 basic airtime card. I received a notification that the $15 airtime card had been processed twice and applied to the new phone. So, basically, I am being charged more money for less service. I called Customer Service to report the issue, but no one apparently could understand what was going on. I need to get this rectified before my new SIM card arrives and I attempt to reactivate my original device. Please help. Thanks.
