Received "Your Tracfone which recently inactive" survey

Hi,
not sure how I can get this checked but I just received a "Your Tracfone which recently inactive" survey. I'm in Canada so I can't simply try my phone but according to my account information online, my last day of service is "11/20/2019" and I have several thousand minutes left on the phone. What's the best / easiest way to confirm that everything is okay with my account?
