Minutes/time did not transfer

I transferred my phone # to my new phone from my previous Samsung/Tracfone to my new ZTE Tracfone. At the beginning it showed the transfer time/minutes only with the amounts from my old samsung. A couple of hours later, it only showed the 1200/1200/1200 that CAME with the new phone purchase. My old minutes all evaporated. I called yesterday morning, they told me to wait 24 hours for the "data dump". It's been over 24 hours, and my minutes are still missing.
