Purchased air time does not register

I just renewed service (purchased 365 day plan+),
but nothing happened to phone units displayed.

Transaction ID 1317852876 dated 30 Nov 2018.
Amount paid per my CC account.

Phone is an OLD Nokia Model 2285, and same
thing happened last year. Apparently, I have to be
provided and manually enter some long strings of
numbers to make this work. Standing by for your
instructions.
