Same issue here, New Tracfone purchased. setting up and I get the same message. Tracfone set to auto refill go to my account. But I cannot get into my account

I'm trying to activate a new Tracfone & getting the same error message... "Your device is already enrolled in the Auto-Refill program. If you would like to change your plan, please log in to My Account." Please help!

I have the same problem as other people here. when i try to activate my new phone I receive the error "Your device is already enrolled in the Auto-Refill program. If you would like to change your plan, please log in to My Account"
