service date

service date

When I transferred my phone number to a new phone I lost time on my service date. The rep said there was nothing he could do so I let it go just being happy to have kept my number. I have added multiple 60, 90 and 120 cards since October and somehow my service date does not seem to advance beyond 60 from the present. By contrast my husbands service date is 2020 under the exact same circumstances and conditions as above the only difference being the brand of the phone.

Ideas?? Suggestions??
