My phone also says "Insecure Internet Connection" when I try to login to the My Account app. This happens on secure network and data. This must be because of a change in the last two months. Is a fix coming? Or is the app going to stay this way?

I am having the same problem as everyone else. Instead of messaging everyone individually, why not post the solution on here so everyone can see it and you don't have to be asked every time. This sounds like a waste of time for your customers AND support staff!

Actually I solved the problem myself. It turns out you need to uninstall the old "my account" app and re-install a newer version in the app store. I don't like the new app as much, it's not intuitive how to get how much minutes, texts, and data are remaining. You need to scroll thru the messages on the main page and find the section that says "service end date" and there's a circle with three dots to the right. Press on that, and then it will search for this info and display it.
