Slightly different manifestation of the same problem. I can't log into My Account either on my phone or on my desktop using Firefox. On the desktop I have to first put my VPN into Snooze before it even shows me the login page. Then when I enter my login credentials it says "We apologize, but we cannot process your transaction at this time. Please try again later or call us at 1-800-867-7183." I called the number (waited on Hold for 20 minutes) the "Service" person couldn't fix it gave me a trouble ticket number. I called the following day to check the status of the ticket (waited on Hold for 25 minutes) and got transferred to a higher level of tech support. This person's accent was so thick I could barely understand her. She ignored the problem as to my desktop and had me do a number of things to my phone that ended up breaking it. At one point she wanted me to do a FACTORY RESET, i.e. completely wipe my phone of all apps and data. I balked at that and she tried to shame me for not following instructions. But she was totally down the wrong road. Since I can't log in either via Firefox or on my phone the problem MUST be with my login credentials, not my phone settings. I'm learning from this forum that Tracfone is falling apart. It has taken me a day just to get my phone back to where it was before I contacted their "Support" line. Never again. Today I'll be checking out alternative carriers. Sorry Tracfone, it's been a years-long relationship but it's over. It's not me, it's you.
