Add a payment method to an account?

Does anyone know how to add a payment method to an account? I keep getting Payment Source ID Required

I have the same issue as robrob. I continue to get that error message. I called the phone number you suggested for robrob, and they were no help. I gave the rep my credit card details, and he said he would enter it for me. I do not know what he did with it, but nothing has shown up in my payment method, and I am still unable to enter it myself without getting the error message he mentioned. What is the problem?
