Transfer to new phone failed

Four calls to complete transfer of service to new phone. Succeeded but no data transferred. Tracfone insists no data remained but 1.28 GB remained. They stated they could not lookup up data usage to verify; so tough luck. I verified remaining data prior to initiating transfer. Soooooo frustrating
