trying to switch safelink phone..

i'm trying to switch phones to a verizon one as verizon's towers have far better service in the area i am in.. got a message saying my info needs to be updated for the transfer, but the link sent results in a 404 error and i cannot get a passcode from the main site as it's sending to some funky email address that i have no access to..
