lack of support/delay in switching phones

DOES ANYBODY WORK THERE????? My old phone is inactive, new one in limbo, and I've been on hold over two and a half hours!!?? They are BOTH tracfones. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE OMG!!!!

I'm having the same issues. What the heck? I was told 2 hours, now no one answers at customer service.

We need a working phone before my daughter heads back to college tomorrow!!!! Someone help!!!!

Im trying to transfer my service to my replacement phone and its saying i have to verify then its says its locked i need help asap PLEASE!!!

I am having the same issues. I tried to roll over my phone on Christmas day and it said it would take about five hours and here it is Thursday more than 72 hours later. If I dont get this resolved in the next 2 hours I am cancelling my service.
