I switched from old Tracfone to a new Tracfone. What's taking so long to activate it? It has been 3 hours, and phone still says "activation required". My old phone has already been de-activated. What the heck?

I am also having my new phone activated. I am switching from an older tracfone to a newer one and now neither one is working.
