I am currently on hold also, have been for over three hours and fifteen minutes... I am not understanding what is going on...

I'm having the same problem...have been on hold for over one hour...chat is busy..been over 12 hours since I called to get my number transferred to a new phone....

I am having the same problem. I was on hold for over 2 hours yesterday. Called back and still on hold this morning for over 2 1/2 hours please respond.....
