transfer minutes

I am currently using a family plan account for my two phones. I would like to transfer minutes from one of those phones with over 1300 voice minutes to the other phone which is running low. Specifically, I would like to transfer 650 minutes from the 1300+ phone to the second phone which currently has only 180 minutes. If I can do this, it would be great, please provide instructions.
