Locating nano SIM card

On page 7 of the 44-page user manual for my Alcatel MYFlip2, I am told that I need to have and install a Nano SIM card; where do I get that, please? I also see three diagrams that match the innards of my phone, but I cannot see any words defining what anything is. I do see that my phone has a tiny card already installed underneath the battery, as well as another space for what appears to be a slightly larger card, perpendicular to the first. The diagrams include both the card my phone has and this larger card for which my phone has a space, but again, with no words explaining what any items in the diagrams are. So okay; I need a nano SIM card; where do I get one? And what card is the empty socket for, and how do I get one of those, please?
