Cannot make or receive calls

Hi...gotta problem. I have this ZTE Android that I got a couple of months ago. I was having a problem and a Tracfone telephone rep told me to reset to the factory settings. Now I have no phone icon and cannot call out or receive calls. Help, please

I have same problem, can not make or receive calls. Spent over an hour with TracFone Earnest
and could not fix problem. He told me to call a 800 number, I asked him HOW, my phone
don't work........ this is the third phone I have had trouble with in the past year. Please fix,

One of my users is unable to make calls from his blackberry via bluetooth in his car - when he tries to make a call he gets a message saying no entries found. He can receive calls ok. This has been happening since I migrated the user to a new BESExpress server; previously we were using BES 4 and he could make calls fine using bluetooth. Has anyone any ideas about anything I could try? Bluetooth setting is set to discoverable. Have tried re-pairing and this does not help. Thanks.
