PIN2 for LG125DL

I would like acquire the PIN2 code to enable FDN. I attempted to do this using customer support, however, the agent I dealt with didn't seem to understand, and gave me a code which was invalid. The phone only allows 3 tries (and I assume it locks the SIM card afterwards). So now I'm 1 down.

Hi Tracfone Jude.
I attempted to acquire the PIN2 using TracFone chat through the link you provided.
The CHAT agent had no idea about FDN, or PIN2, and wanted to erase my phone because he thought that would get rid of the PIN2, which of course, was not what I was asking.
Is there anyone at Tracfone who seriously understands FDN, and the PIN2 requirement?
If so, can they please contact me?
