Upgrade to Regbel 4G - no mobile data, old phone deactivated

Apparently, my other post didn't post -

I basically have no phone. I don't have wifi access nor facebook and neither my minutes nor my time was transferred to my new phone.

Same thing happened last time I had to get a new phone, if I remember correctly. Except this time, I don't have a landline to call customer service.
