Mobile Data Suddenly STOPPED Working ?

I just purchased airtime card on 10/1/19 worth 1GB plus Promo code = FREE 500GB.
Today is 10/7/19 and it has suddenly stopped?

Something is AMISS!.
There is no way I have used up all 1.5GB data in ONE WEEK !!


I had MUCH less DATA monthly with AT&T PREPAID Wireless and it usually lasted
me almost 30 days! Please look into this.

None of the options in your message EVER garner a response from TRACFONE Larry. I have tried them
