Purchased 2,000 Text minutes on the 7th and again in the 8th for a total of 4,000 minutes. These purchases show up in my transaction history, but do not show up on my account nor on my phone. Texting only results in an "Insufficient Fund For Delivery " message.
Powering off and then on does not fix this issue, nor does updating my account.
I have called customer service and used nearly an hour of minutes trying to resolve this yet despite assurances from several different representatives I still don't have my text minutes. I'm tired of wasting my time on the phone and hoping perhaps going through the forums may help.
What is my course of action here?
