LG 800 Value plan

I have an LG800 with the triple minutes for life advantage. I am on the 125 minute value plan. My bank account was debited for the plan charge on 11/6/12 but I have not received my minutes. How do we fix this?

I've unsuccessfully attempted to recharge my phone. The message says "System Unavailable, Try Later". So, my phone has expired and I've called support, and they have failed to fix this issue. Support submitted a support ticket 2 days ago, and there's still no fix for this issue. We have bought several phones from you, and this model has been the most troublesome from the start.

The system has issued me a new PH# but my old number still shows on my phone. I've called my old phone number and it is still available. I requested that I keep my old number and support tried to help, and says that I still have my PH#, but my phone is still dead. A support ticket is not helping me to make or take calls or messages.

If this phone is not fixable, then I propose that you buy it back from me so I can buy another phone ASAP. I did not buy a phone so I could spend hours in support helping tracfone find a fix. I am not your employee or a contractor. PLEASE FIX MY PHONE OR REFUND ME !! Yes, you can call me at home. My home phone number is listed on our account.
