I'm running out of time, trying to sort this trouble (when actually there should not be any trouble) out- I wonder if I'll have an answer within the next 1/2 hour, as I've been running around in circles, attempting to post 5 times so be able to answer a PM. In my opinion this board is as bad as the CS via telephone. Oh wait! I'm not burning up my minutes on another tracfone, just wasting my time typing and posting
