Hello, I am unable to add airtime on a new LG100C that I have recently purchased. Needless to say I'm not too happy with tracfone customer service. At the technical portion of tracfone's website, I attempt to reprogram this phone according to the given instructions and end up with a code 7. After attempting this a couple of times the message comes up to call tracfone customer service at the 800 number. That customer service line is a joke and would be funny if it wasn't costing me minutes to go through the automated service- just to be told to call back again. I have one other tracfone model LG420G, that I have to reprogram every time via this website to have the airtime added and am usually able to have it added that way. With both phones, when adding the air via the "prepaid" menu I receive the message that the system is unavailable. The LG 100C I have purchased as a gift for my younger brother to use. Within the next day I will be traveling via automobile from Wisconsin to Arizona, so I would certainly like to get this LG100C straightened out for him before I leave. All 3 of my phones are registered in my name at the tracfone website. I would appreciate help straightening this out very soon. Presently the best way to contact me would be by my primary tracfone, as internet availability is almost nil. Thank you for any effort that you are able to give this matter. Sincerely, Dennis
