My phone will also not update using the value plan. On the detail page, it shows as enabled/active. However, if I go to the "change value plan" page, the only thing that shows is my disabled phone.

I got a lg420g for my birthday and I need help I have alredy called an got it activated but it still says unregistered sim any help

I've had this LG410G for a few years now, and am experiencing two issues. Not sure if they are connected.

Issue #1: my phone has been turning itself off (still has charge on battery). This had happened in the past, and seemed to resolve itself, but just started happening again in the last two weeks.

Issue two: this just started an hour ago. I was checking my phone to see if it was on (see issue #1). When I turned the phone on, the message "HANDSET PERMANENTLY BLOCKED", followed by another message with a red checkmark and "CODE ACCEPTED". Finishes start up, then shows message "SERVICE ACTIVE THROUGH" with no service date/units listed. I have never set/used the security controls on this phone.

I used my phone earlier today to set and then turn off the alarm clock function.

This is really frustrating. I've checked the manual for this phone, to no avail.

Please help!
