My phone is damaged badly and I want to transfer my minutes, service days and phone number to my new LG410G. I do not remember my serial number for the damaged phone. Any suggestions?

My new phone serial number is 013-**********. The old phone's model is not made anymore but, it was a Motorola. It is approximately 7 years old. My old phone's number is 413-**********.

Hi STEPHEN__LASKOW. We can tranfer the phone number to the new phone but the current SIM card of the new phone must need to be replaced since it's associated with a different number. We can process a SIM card exchange at no cost to you, which you should receive in 3-5 days. Would you like to continue? If so, provide us with your shipping information (First & Last Name, contact #, e-mail address & shipping address) so we can now create a ticket to request for your SIM card replacement. Thank you.
