My mom only had her LG410G for about a year and a half, and then it would not charge anymore. The battery must have been defective. Since a new battery would cost so much, have decided to get a different Tracfone. Was not a good first experience with LG. Anyone have feedback about other LG Tracfones?

Hi I have an LG410G that is about a year or so old and just recently it started acting up by turning off randomly even with a full battery. Just today all of a sudden when I was turning it on after turning off randomly, it says on the screen "Code Accepted" then the tracfone start up screen shows, then another message comes up saying "Handset Permanently Blocked"... First, I never entered any code so idk why its saying code accepted every time I turn it on now. Second, why is my handset blocked?! I just put 200 minutes on it a few days ago with 200 bonus minutes and I can't use it. Please help. What should I do??

My phone won't go dark when it sleeps. Even when it is off, it has a white screen. Is there anything I can do to resolve this?

I AM TRYING TO RE-ACTIVATE MY PHONE BUT I AM GETTING THIS ERROR. "We are sorry, the Serial Number you entered is associated with another account. Please check the number and try again with a different Serial Number or login into My Account." I can't remember my ID number or which e-mail address I used to activate it. Can you please help me? Thank you
