Im sorry this is not really a reply its a new question but i cant see how to post it. I have a new tracfone, sent back the old one, company replaced it because it was not working. Now I want to transfer old number but company process wont allow because the old phone is not active. Can Tracfone help me?

I'm Carlo from Italy. I purchased a Tracfone LG410G while in vacation in the US and I'd like to continue using it in Italy with my local SIM. It says "SIM Lock Code-1" and only allows emergency calls. Can it be unlocked?

Transferred info from old Tracphone to QVC special of the day which is a new Tracfone L41C Ultimate 2 but the 1200 minutes that should have come with the phone didn't transfer over. Leftover minutes from my previous phone does show up on my account. Am I doing something wrong?
