I purchased this tracfone on Saturday, I have another tracfone (I do require 2 phones) and went through the activation using my old phone on Saturday evening. I am still waiting for the new phone number as well as 200 minutes to be credited. The system says that it could take from 5 minutes to 24 hours. As it is now well over 36 hours and still nothing, how much longer do you ask customers to wait. I really do need the phone and that is why I bought it. If you do not allow me to have 2 phones how can I return it and get the minutes credited to the old phone. I would then go to another company for the second phone.
