I've been a customer many years, prepaid to 2021 my old flip phone died, I got a new LG one the other month that worked great.
Now I can not make calls and my online account states my account has been deactivated, I spent over an hour with chat and phone call, was cut off when told I am being transferred to another number, what gives ???
Presently very disappointed, I think Tracfone needs newer management people.
PS: as of today my phone is dead, so sad. I need help, who am I going to call ???
