No phone service, text though works fine

I can not make or receive phone calls, can not check messages. Talk to 2 different tech people this afternoon with no resolution, can someone here help?

Just wondering, could this VoLTE be the cause of my phone, not working?

I'm having the very same problem as painman69 - can't make or receive calls, text works. I spent an hour with tech support late yesterday in chat - NO HELP. I'm trying to move my service to another provider from whom I've bought a new phone. Tracfone won't honor that - they're saying their being given the wrong PIN number! I can't make a call to talk to them. I don't know what to do. Can anybody help me?
