Opening MMS messages with 0 Data

I have 0 data left on my Samsung A03 with Tracfone. I can't see what and when that data was used. Is there a way to ascertain that? Or can I access my MMS messages in "Safety Mode” option that gives me unlimited slow-speed data but I can then open my MMS messages but on a slower speed? Thanks.
