I am a faithfull customer for past 23 years feel extremaly disappointed.
I just purchased an upgrate to my older Samsung but it did not come with a correct cord and there is no adapter
When I was making my purchase there was no mentioning about this on tracfone website.
I called customers service and I was horribly missetreatrd
I wasted over 3 hours talking to different people, twice disconected
I want to return this phone free of charge but they said that I must pay!!
This is absolutely wrong - can someone help me, please
