Hi, I phoned 1-800-867-7183 asking re: where most of my minutes were being used and they said they couldn't provide that so I postal mailed Tracfone's CEO and got a postal letter back stating I can call Tracfone and they CAN proved that info. I phoned that number again and when I ashed for that info Tracfone hung up. I called back and got same result. Can ANYONE at Tracfone provide me a record of to what number(s) most of my pre-paid talk minutes are being used? How do I reach THAT Tracfone employee who can help me? Thank you.
