Hello,
I have a Samsung A42 5G and I was getting 5G speeds until a few weeks ago, when Samsung did a software update. Apparently, the update reset my network settings because when the phone rebooted, I could no longer get 5G, just 4G LTE+
I've tried removing the SIM, rebooting and then replacing the SIM and rebooting. I've tried sending APN to 611611. No luck there.
The SIM card in the phone right now is an AT&T SIM that predates the Verizon buyout. Would switching to a Verizon SIM card help?
