Free WiFi Calling with Tracfone - Galaxy A02

I Googled the question - how to ensure I use Wifi and not my data plan to make phone calls. "Marie" posted on this this to visit a Tracfone link which is supposed to dens you a "code.' Why do I need a code. I can toggle on WiFi calling on my phone but then it requires an address for 911 calls. Why do I have to provide Tracfone my address for 911 calls? Makes no sense.
