Unlocked BYOP Samsung Galaxy Note 9 w/Verizon SIM no APNs

Just recently I transferred my current TF phone number, data, minutes, text from my dead phone with a TF ATT SIM to an unlocked renewed Samsung Galaxy Note 9 with a new TF Verizon SIM I puchased. All seemed to work amazingly well with help from TF agent: I could make and receive phone calls, texts, access all with wireless connection, etc. Yesterday I noticed, however, that I am not able to open/download any MMS messages. When I checked the Access Point Names (APN), there were NONE listed at all. Would you be able to help me configure the correct APNs for my BYOPhone?

I don't want to use my Tracfone to chat by phone but want to use my PC browser and your website chat option to chat online. However, your website online chat link is not showing on the website at all today. I called the number you provided in your reply and chose the option to receive a callback at my landline because no agent would be available for 10-15 minutes. When the call came through, I acknowledged I was available and after various clicking sounds, there was dead air and no one came on the line. This is SOOOO frustrating. I simply want a list of the correct APN settings for my Samsung Galaxy Note 9 so that I can enter them and receive my MMS messages including pictures to my cell phone. This shouldn't be this hard. Why have a forum if you cannot help us online directly?
