Cannot send/receive MMS texts

I've just updated to a Samsung A51 on my Tracfone account, hoping a newer phone might fix the issues I have with sending and receiving MMS texts. I've since a hundred different suggestions, tried them all, and (on two phones now) cannot send or receive MMS texts/pictures, etc. This seems to be a recurring issue with Tracfone phones. If I cannot send/receive MMS texts, pictures, etc., why am I keeping this phone and Tracfone?

Tracfone Jude,

The link provided to contact Tracfone does not work. It literally takes me to the page where it says online chat is available, but does not provide an actual link to the chatline.

Curious if you did get any correct reply or assistance. I have the same problem, have called and spoken to 2 different agents without success (they didn't even know about what I was talking when I mentioned APN or Access Point Names), tried to get assistance with Chat the few times when the link was even showing on the TF website, and sought information here where NO assistance is directly provided and NO information is shown so that others don't have to go through the same painful contact runaround. I have called the Customer Service number provided in our responses form these Forum admins, waited on hold for over 10 minutes only for the line appear to be answered, a short message and then dead air with no agent speaking.
