I am still getting the runaround about unlocking my phone. I have had this phone activated for one year. They keep saying it has been active for 30 days and say I must pay 138.00 to have it unlocked. I have spoken to 2 different representatives who speak poor English and they can't even tell me why they refuse to unlock. I don't know how to resolve this problem. TracFone obviously has some errors on my account. Who can help?

I am still unable to unlock my phone. Tracfone refuses to unlock this for free. It has been active for 14 months now. Who can explain what the problem is?
