SAMSUNG A01 don't have signal at Denver

I recently bought an Android Samsung A01 at Walmart. Works pretty good for a couple days at Denver but since yesterday I DON'T HAVE SIGNAL. It is a prepaid service, so i refilled with a wifi connection but still doesn't work. What a shame of service you have, guys. Now my cellphone won't connect to your network. I can't make any phone calls, surf at the internet or anything. I followed the process to activate the new cellphone and I've been turning off and on my phone so many times and still the same.

I'm in Denver, so I don't know if is because of that or what the hell is happening.
