can't make calls

Every since the bombing in Nashville on Christmas day 2020, I cannot make any calls on my Tracfone.
I get the following message: "Emergency Calls Only".
It's been nearly a month of no phone use. When will this clear?

Monday Jan 25 2021.. Still can't make any calls on my TracFone. Still get the "Emergency Calls Message" on my phone when trying to make outgoing call.

Why do I have to figure out the solution? Can't TracFone check into this?
